I called to schedule an appointment a few minutes ago as a new patient after a family member had a good experience here and the person who answered was extremely rude, unhelpful, and did not want to assist me. She kept dismissing my questions and concerns and then kept telling me I had to call my doctor to question a procedure she ordered whether or not it should be including an additional procedure. The codes are included in the order, what's on the order is the procedure I'm being ordered to have done. If there isn't a code for a different procedure, then the other procedure isn't one that I'm being ordered to do. Common sense. But she chose not to even accept my order to assist me with this clarification and instead told me to call my doctor. Everything needed is on the order (or not on the order if not needed).

There is a LOT of anxiety when having to come to a place like this right?? Well this location was suggested to me by my gyno and I am so glad they did! The staff is wonderful and caring and the office itself is lovely! I would definitely recommend it to my ladies and I would definitely return!
