Terrible experience at family planning and still didn’t receive the care I went there for. It’s like they don’t want patients there but not to worry I won’t be back. Staff act like they are doing you a favor, you will never guess they are working for a pay check. Don’t let health department catch you it’s just another under run place

I've had nothing but horrible experiences everytime I call or have went in. I've gotten a biopsy before the quarantine to check for cervical cancer... they sent me to the wrong place . Made me switch rooms with other patients without sanitizing they had me waiting hours on end kept telling me I'm next n never was. They were rude and I had to get an apology from 2 separate people for my experience. Now it's about 8 months later. They said someone would call w the results..or incould check in their portal. There is no specific place in the portal that says yes positive or negative for cancer. So I STILL dont know. I've been calling for months for results or someone to help me. They constantly transfer me for hours. Some are rude. But most when I tell then just transfer me to the covid center where they proceed to tell me I'm calling the wrong place n I have to start from square one again ( not that I have even left square one ) I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. STAFF UNHELPFUL. Go to a real doctor because these people will just litterally let yu die, God forbid there being a condition. Horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND

There is a department here that will assist you with that.

From my experience even with having an appointment, be prepared to be there for 2-3 hours.
with student id or any proof that you're a student, yes

Yes it is, when you enter, go past the front desk and get a ticket for adult immunizations. Then just hang out in the waiting room. The earlier you go, the better. Wait times can get high if you go mid or late in the day. Super friendly staff though!
What's the phone number
