The people there make fun of people with speech issues . How I know is because my sister use to work there and one day I came to get her from work. The staff at the front desk went where I couldn't see them but could heard them. They were making fun of how I talked . People like them shouldn't work somewhere like a hotel and should be fired that is why I put a low rating

We called ahead and rolled in pretty late at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised. We had been on a long road trip. Mid-low priced hotels always seem like a gamble, and this one was a win :)

Customer Service shines at this place. Nancy, Laura, and the rest of the staff were helpful with our large party, incessant questions, remembered our family, and we're so very approachable. Housekeeping staff was super pleasant, breakfast (eggs and bacon, waffles, and tons of other things) was yummy. The hotel was booked and they worked hard to keep the food coming. Easy off/on the highway. Large and clean pool, nice hot tub, exercise room, and nice rooms. Stayed here for an event in Kalamazoo. We'll be back!

Red Snow

Management seems friendly enough. I stayed there a few nights and almost stayed another but I decided against it due to plans. I had just paid for the room and hasn't even signed the little form they give you yet. I was told my money would be returned to my card. That was over a week ago now. I've called several times and asked that it be released back onto my card.. still no luck so far. I was very nice to them through out this entire week. I've done nothing to upset anyone at all. This is just how you get treated here apparently. Rooms were severely over priced compared to other nicer hotels I've stayed in. Hallways smelled like weed. There was a really creepy drunk guy in the lobby who was invading my personal space and being rude. Long story short here. It's not worth the time or the headache to stay here.
