This is by far the SLOWEST Bigby I've ever been to. Average of 5 minutes per car in the drive thru. They really need to stop serving food through the drive thru....this is a coffee place people!!!

I'm a vegetarian and ordered a vegan sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, (I still, eat eggs and cheese). I got on the road for about 5 miles before I opened my sandwich only to find I had a bagel with vegan sausage only. No egg or cheese. Not everyone who orders vegan sausage is a vegan. 😂

They're always hiring. According to the night employees, 17 is the minimum age.
Little kids (teenagers) are in charge at this location and just don't care about your safety. MANY safety violations including not wearing a mask behind the scenes and having there kid's in the building babysitting them while at work.
Sorry i dont know if they have strawberry tea. I have never seen it listed but i usually only get chai latte tea. I would call them and ask
