This mobile home park is actually getting a lot better it used to be much worse but they have been cleaning it up and have been alot more strict on who they allowed to move in. It's also al9t cleaner now due to rules actually being enforced.

my unit is newer, they haven't kept up on maintenence. my gas is around 30 to 40 a month in summer(winter 80ish) electric is around 288 on flat rate (protection program ) otherwise 100 to 500 depending on time of year. When we moved in we didn't realize they had quick fixed lots of stuff. from toilets to kitchen sinks cabinets all over. I've been here 4 + years can't wait to move to a house in the country. Police often seem to be in here for (problems) havin multiple children makes me worry. Local manager is new and not bad, but this is not who runs the place only follows orders from out of state.
