Had a wonderful experience at Sleep life Center. Karen was the technician that assisted me, and I have to say her service is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, she make sure that I was feeling comfortable 100%. Very professional. Explained exactly what the whole study was about, what everything was for. The place overall, was very clean and sanitize, better than many hotels. Overall, a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Sleep Life Center. The receptionist Ana was very friendly, accommodating and professional on the phone. The night of the sleep study my technician Christina was super nice and very thorough from the moment I got there to when I left the next day. The lab was clean and beautiful. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, and not once did it feel like a lab. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up getting the information so I can buy one of my own. Overall experience was amazing. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a sleep lab. You will not be disappointed.

We highly encourage that you bring any aid that will help you fall asleep. Your own pillow, relaxing music, no caffeine before the study or 24 hours before. If you cannot sleep, and if it is allowed by our medical director, we can administer a small over the counter medication such as melatonin.
Yes we have a TV in the room with Netflix and other apps.
Yes you can bring your own pillow. Let us know ahead of time.
The hookup procedure starts shortly after the scheduled appointment time (between 7:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.) and will take roughly 30 to 45 minutes. Your study is performed in a private room equipped with a television, DVD/VCR. The testing procedure typically starts between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. and will continue until about 6 a.m. The technologist will be located in the monitoring room in the hallway next to the bedroom throughout the night. Although you are not expected to go to sleep at a specific time, you will be encouraged to fall asleep as soon as possible to maximize the amount of sleep time during which you can be observed. Patients needing to use the bathroom during the study need only to notify the technologist. He or she will unhook one or two central connections, which will enable you to get up and walk to the bathroom. The test does not hurt.
Yes we provide a shower. Also towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, & hairdryer.
The location of the sleep center is in the back of the building and therefore not much noise, if none at all. We encourage to bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.
Do not have any caffeine in the afternoon or evening before an overnight sleep study. This includes coffee, tea, cola, and chocolate. Also avoid drinking any alcohol. You do not want any substance to affect your sleep. Try not to take any naps that day. Before going to the sleep center, wash your hair with shampoo only. Dry your hair and do not apply any hair sprays, oils or gels. If used, they could interfere with the sensors during the study. Pack an overnight bag to take with you to the center. Bring comfortable pajamas and a change of clothes for the morning. Include the same items you would take for a stay at a hotel. You may also want to bring your own pillow. Bring your medications if you will need to take them while you are away from home. If you have special needs or concerns, tell the sleep center staff ahead of time. We will do all we can to help you feel relaxed and at ease.
A sleep study is a test that records the activity of the body during sleep. There are five main types of sleep studies that use different methods to test for different sleep characteristics and disorders. A sleep study can tell what is affecting your quality of sleep. This information is useful in identifying underlining issues that are affecting your sleep.
