If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment for my father who came to visit from out of the country. I booked weeks ahead and drove over half an hour to this location. They saw us standing outside the door for 15 minutes attempting to open the door because we HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 9 AM !!!! No one called to cancel and no one left us a voicemail or anything. After 15 minutes standing outside in the heat they opened the door to say they’re closed. What? Why book my appointment today. We continued to tell the lady we were booked today and she goes well they should have left you a voicemail. Well they didn’t and no missed calls. The lady was rude and then just closed the door on us with no apology or anything. Don’t waste your money on a place who doesn’t value customers

Still waiting for Dr Trujillo’s call back, after seeing him and leaving him a message, No response at all it is over a month. Lack of follow up and real concern for the patients was displayed to the fullest. I won’t recommend using his services.

Love this Doctor! Dr. Trujillo is the best at what he does, you come out of there new, the adjustment is incredible, I have come here and Doral office for about 13 years now- any time my back start to act up- is time to see Dr. Trujillo- he is so welcoming is like a family member “the power is on” he says!!! Ahh and his therapist team amazing!! Elena, Ania, and Gloria are incredible the best!!

Hands down the best chiropractic center I have been to. The staff is really friendly and DR Trujillo makes you feel right at home. Great with kids and best of all my 8 year old leaves his office with a smile as I can see in her face a sign of relief after her adjustments. Thank you for all you do.
