I would never rent from them as i was sucked in a time ago . they raise there rates all the time. you start out and then regularly raise there rates now they raised over 70+ dollars a month on top of the high prices already. what started at 120 now over $260.00. they will rip you off in the end with their rate increases after you get in there and keep going till you have no other option but to get out of there fast. Do not rent nothing from Extra space. Fair warning to all the readers.

The entire process was seamlessly. The ability to determine what size unit I needed (by having the availability of 360) was amazing. I received a phone call within hours of renting the unit online to ensure I had everything I needed. Don checked my code at the gate to ensure it was working before I arrived. Your rental with us can be long or short, depending on your needs. Monthly rent is due each month on the anniversary of your rental start date. For your convenience, we offer many payment options, including the option to pre-pay for up to twelve months of rent. When you are ready to vacate, we require ten days verbal OR 15 days written notice before vacating. If you advise the rental office of your intention to vacate before paying your final month, we will prorate your last month of rent, so you pay only for what you use.
