Ordered a washer and dryer from here and had it delivered and installed last week. Glad I took pictures beforehand. They cracked the tray that goes under my washer and said nothing to my wife about it. Contacted Home Depot and they said they would get back to me via email within a few days. Been waiting almost a week to hear back from them and have heard nothing back. Was contacted separately by the delivery service one day after I contacted Home Depot. This was via text and told them my situation and they said they would follow up. Texted them twice today to see what was going on and have not gotten a response. If I had known this would be my experience I would have had them leave it outside my front door.

Depends on which one it was, florence home depot the staff there I wasn't happy with and went elsewhere to shop as I needed a piece of lumber cut, because there wasn't any on the rack so I was planning on buying more than needed but they told me they were busy and it would be 30 minutes before he could do it while he sat on the forklift, the female employee apologized because she wasn't allowed to do but she was the only person working and who wanted to help me. The worst one

It's fine, and the price is right, but it seems like the associates are a bit inconsistent in terms of helpfulness. One guy took us right to where we needed to be when we asked and gave us an option for another place in the store to look if needed. Another guy, when we asked for help getting some cuts done, said, "I can't do cuts," and just kind of stood there until we asked him to find someone who could. No one showed up, though, so we then had to find someone ourselves, and that guy was absolutely stellar. So yeah. Hit-or-miss. Overall a positive experience though.

Other than the fact that they don't allow dogs it's pretty good. Check out is way down on one side of the store and there usually is a wait. Help is hard to get but knowledgeable when you get it.
