This hotel is the worst. The staff is disrespectful and not welcoming what so ever. They charged my card a total of three times without my authorization. There were two extra charges of $109.11 on my card along with another $114.92. The hotel clerk that booked my stay told me there is a $100 security deposit no matter the payment method used for my stay. That was absolutely false, according to another hotel faculty member there is only a security deposit if you are paying with cash. My telephone for my room did not work. It was plastic covering the smoke detector in my room and the room also had a marijuana smell in it. The second day of my hotel stay my key cards stop working I had to go to the front desk and get two new ones. I called and ask for someone to come fix my phone they never called back. They told me that they had no control of the authorizations on my card and then 20 minutes later one of the charges of $109.11 "magically" appears on my card. I called customer care services and filed a claim against them. The next day one of the hotel faculty members reached out to me and said my accusations were false and everything worked perfectly fine upon my stay. This hotel experience was the worst and I feel as though it was definitely discrimination and colorism at its finest. I do NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel !

Reserved 5 rooms online. Once we got there it smelled like dead fish once u got to the second floor. Went to our rooms looked at mattresses. They had blood and urine stains on them not to mention all five rooms 9 beds had bed bugs and egg casting s. They did refund us our money and we went to the holiday in

Positive: I liked that they had a decent economy breakfast, but that's about all honestly. The A/C was mediocre at best, and the pool was closed along with a majority of the other advertised amenities. It was a huge disappointment in every aspect. Negative: Firstly there were fleas in my bedding, and what appeared to be cigarette burns in the sheets of the bedding. The bed itself felt like a slab of stone that left my back throbbing each morning. Then to top everything off my phone charger was stolen.

This hotel is definitely outdated and rundown. The staff were very helpful as we found our bedding stained which they replaced and even offered to change our room. However, we decided to keep the same room. The halls do smell a bit like cannabis but it never came in our room as long as we didn’t open the door a lot. The floors were pretty dirty so I would walk around with socks and/or shoes on. Breakfast was pretty nonexistent and uninviting as the lobby was still very dark at 6:30 am. Only had muffins, a waffle maker, bagels, and cereal. No hot breakfast. We just planned to sleep here as a halfway point on our trip. Bed was comfy and no signs of bedbugs (we checked VERY thoroughly). Fridge and TV worked fine but there is a little nightlight in the hallway that never turns off so it’s a bit annoying. We had a room on the first floor. We are giving four stars because the staff were very genuine and our room was as clean as it could get for the age of the hotel.

Yes it does but due to Covid it is temporarily unavailable along with the swimming pools and eat in breakfast.
No. Also be sure to thoroughly inspect your room upon entering. Looking behind night stands and such. Just a heads up. :-)
