Beautiful hotel, but if you chose it in part, because you thought it had a hot tub, then you will be disappointed. They are well aware that the website is falsely claiming a hot tub. They wouldn't say how long the tub has been gone, but "the manager is working on fixing the web ad". Simple fix, which means they're not trying or are unable to. Bad either way. Can't accept an apology that wasn't given.

I don't have many complaints about my stay or service my room was clean upon arrival my towels fresh plenty of parking and I liked the breakfast. I did find that my pull out bed was broken and there were no extra blankets for it and room service tried to rush me to check out she was very rude kept coming back 2 hours before checkout. She never cleaned my room during my stay but wanted to rush me out The other things I think need improvement are the carpets in the halls and the pool. I chose not to use it because it's small and looked cloudy. An update is definitely needed there but everything else was great. The staff was amazing for the most part and nothing happened to my car in the lot.

This is my 2nd time starting at this particular location. It's always clean and the staff has always had great customer service. The manager went out of his way to help with our booking. And don't let me forget the breakfast. It was amazing once again. We have not been disappointed yet. I recommend the stay and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

This hotel takes good care of it's guests. They are willing and quick to take care of any problems or needs that are brought to their attention. The bed was comfortable, the room and everything in it was clean. The only problem we had that they couldn't fix was that the pool was cloudy. In the end, they gave us bonus Hilton honors points as compensation.

I would estimate the time from downtown to the hotel between 30 and 45 minutes. Traffic can get heavy. Worth the trip as this is a great place to stay. Enjoy!
Yes just tell the clerk what caused you to be late, then go on in. Good luck now,B safe.
Good evening everyone. The hotel does allow pets of registered hotel guests with a non refundable pet deposit provided at check in.
@darren berry- if you didnt like it but didnt tell management and cant be bothered to actually share your issue then you're not contributing anything usefull here.
