You do wait for service for a very long time and then it's like they're used car salesman trying to sell you something you can't refuse. However, they are pretty friendly.
I used to have a package of 143 channels with my cable for $59.99 monthly fee. But just as you stated those channels can be obtained with the use an Antenna TV, I don't have to pay for any other type of cable service anymore. Just be aware that Antenna TV ONLY gives you approx 16 channels.

Yes, if you call customer support you can cancel your account, confirm equipment tobl return and then turn in your equipment to any UPS location. Or you can make an appointment through spectrum.com -> scroll down to help and support-> store locator-> type zip code ->choose store-> make reservation. We accept walk ins but wait time can be long during peek hours. Transfering equip to new address can use the same equip. Make reservation and we can facilitate the equip to move into new address

You probably have your wifi set up. Turn off wifi before walk so you are on 5g or 4g

You have the SAP setting on your box turned on go into settings and turn it off. Any channels that have a spanish simulcast will transmit in spanish
