The room was clean, however, 3 towels for a 5 person suite and had to go to front desk to request toilet paper. Breakfast was a joke, no coffee, dirty waffle machine, one yogurt and one apple offered. The worst part was when I tried to speak with the manager and was dealt with RUDELY.

Stayed here during the weekend with my wife and kids, rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy. Nice indoor pool, 7-Eleven and Apple Bees on a 2-minute walk. Average breakfast provided though. Ramz at the front desk was very professional, kind and helpful, and the ONLY ONE working during a busy Saturday night. Overall stay good, hotel corridors and housekeeping needs improvement.

My family of 6 stayed here the end of April 2022 for one night. Room Quality: Housekeeping was terrible. Could not use room refrigerator because it would not close due to frost buildup, found a bath towel in the refrigerator and an old empty water bottle under the bed. Had a clogged toilet while we were there, and night employee/manager didn't know where to find a plunger. The room next door had a surprise party with yelling noisemakers in the hall and banging on the room walls at midnight, and I had to call the front desk, fortunately they took care of it. Breakfast: The food was extremely sparse consisting of waffles and a few very small prepackaged danishes. The food was supposed to last from 7-9 am, it was gone by 7:30. My wife and other gusts had to wake up the employee sleeping in the corner to ask for more food, and he just said there isn't any and went back to sleep. The only reason this place got a second star is because my kids enjoyed the pool.

The bedrooms were poorly cleaned. The bathroom still had towels hanging up on the door from previous stayer. The window doesn’t complete lock. The fossett in the is awful. Pillow cases don’t even looked washed
