We made a reservation on line. Drove four hours to attend a funeral…just wanted to check in…grab a bite and sleep! The front desk clerk couldn’t find ANY reservation in the system for us! (I DID show her an email confirmation I received from them but that didn’t seem to help)…after my husband became a bit angry…she finally said she would make a new reservation but it was NOT for the room type we booked AND the price was also different. Once we ate I took a shower…found some VERY LONG black hairs in the shower…YUCK! (I have short blonde hair)…this hotel has great DECOR…but it’s basically smoke & mirrors as staff is obviously sub standard.

I got married at Le Chateau on April 1. Many guests, my husband, and I stayed. I had a suite with my husband which was so clean and warm!! The mattress was so comfortable too. They allowed us to have a after party after my wedding and allowed us to bring food and drinks in. The common area was so adorable and nice for everyone!!? The manager and staff were so helpful with all of the details for my guests staying at the hotel. Thank you very much for amazing service !!! I couldn't have asked for anything more! I HIGHLY recommend staying here !!!

Stayed there 2 nights for a business trip in Feb 2022. Very nice business hotel, clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff. ADA rooms are 100% wheelchair accessible. Basic breakfast included which is nice. Interior nicely designed abs relatively new overall. Overall quiet location which is a plus but hallways can be a bit noisy (depending on how many guests are staying on the hotel).

First off, the staff was alright: they definitely had the "I'm eager to help you" tone of voice but they didn't really do much. Besides that, this hotel has nice paintings, great restaurant, and beautiful decor. Although, they could've fixed the broken mirror frame in my room or the wallpaper that was pealing off in the bathroom, which by the way, had very lovely barn doors. The modern sleek look was nice but the very thin walls make it difficult to get a good night's rest. Not worth $200+ a night plus $100 deposit.
