Excellent room, and amenities. Loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. The beds were very comfortable, and our stay was peaceful. We ordered in from the Panda House next door.

I've been to better places for sure, I've also definitely been to worst. The staff overnight was interesting, when they were at the desk at all, and my floor was very noisy. However the room was comfortable, the morning staff was pleasant, it was fine enough, although a bit pricey for what I feel I got in return.

This Holiday Inn Express is conveniently located off 84, walking distance to restaurants, a 5 min drive to a large, upscale mall, and is about to add to it’s convenience, a large supermarket, known for its great fresh foods, directly across the street from the hotel. Forget your kids favorite snacks or need some diapers, walk right out the front door! The staff here in every department goes out of their way to help you; and they treat each other with calm and respect. The breakfast buffet even has a pancake machine to entertain the kids! The buffet is always kept freshly stocked with hot and cold food choices. The hotel is kept very clean, and now that Covid shutdown supply chain issues are easing up, the hotel has been doing updates and repairs including fresh paint, new pillows, and more. With the weather not warm enough yet, I have no experience with the outdoor pool. The business area is always in working order and is well stocked with printer paper. I have stayed at this location a number of times and would recommend it to both business and family travelers.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter. We found everyone we dealt with to be very nice especially Tela who would check with you while you were having breakfast to be sure everything was ok. We reported a problem with the office chair in our room and in no time we had someone switching it out. We loved the location as it was so close to the Mall we could drive over and walk around. There were some good restaurants nearby and a grocery store just down the street. We will definitely be back.
