Dr Cooper was wonderful, quick and knowledgeable. Tess the nurse was so sweet and kind. The nurse at the front check in saw that i was in pain and instead of me walking back and forth she came to me very polite and patient.Thank you all for being wonderful.

After a bad bikefall, i had my jaw blocked and could not open the mouth correctly for about one week, with some pain and no improvement. I went there, gave 125$ and a MD (i will respectfully not mention her name) told me that as far as no bone was broken, only time would help. When i dare asking questions, explaining that it seemed to me that something had been displaced and moved out of its place during the fall, i was rudely told that the body works like that and that i could go see someone else for an other diagnostic that would end up being the same... Desperate about not being able to chew and eat correctly, i went to see a Chiropractor. For 25$ and within something like 15 minutes, working on my neck, he unblocked my jaw which was healed and not painful anymore within a couple days. It is very sad that this MD, instead of being so sure about herself (while being eventually wrong) was not more humble. I would have appreciated if she had just advised me to maybe see someone with a different approach and techniques

Before my experience this week, I would have given this place 5stars. However, I had an appointment on Tuesday for 8:50am. They opened late because of 'unforeseen circumstances' ok, that is understandable. They texted me a message asking if I wanted to have the first available appointment, and I responded with a yes. They never gave me a time. They never sent anything else. I waited for quite a while. Then they messaged me that my appointment was canceled. They tried to charge me for that same appointment Friday, of this week. I have opened an investigation on it with my card company, as they do not have the authorization to make any charges at present. Avoid them, as they will try to charge you for their mistakes.

I thought for sure I had already left a review of this place! I went in for stitches. Everything was so fast! No appointment, and I only had to wait five minutes to go back. Stephanie at the front desk, Tess the nurse, and Ms. Connor, the quicker-stitcher-upper, assisted me. All 3 women were gracious, professional, a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

For Covid testing you must register on-line, no walk-ins available. Your results are back in 2-4 days unless you do rapid testing. Test results are available on Sentara Mychart.
I physically went to the office to learn that there are no walk-in appointments available and they are inundated with patients so they are not answering the phones.
20 minutes for the fast test and 2 days for the molecular test.
