We like to go to Jersey Mike's all the time but I don't think we will be going back to the one in Apple Valley. The customer service there was bad. They refused to make the sandwich how we wanted(just wanted the bacon on the sandwich warmed up lol..) and then decided to tell me it doesn't matter how I want the sandwich they don't do that. They had an attitude with my daughter and I and some other customers as well the moment we walked in.smh..makes me wonder how they were hired in the first place. So if you want to be treated like dirt and have your sandwich made the way they want and not you, go to Jersey Mike's.

It never fails, every time I place an order from this place they manage to mess up my order. It’s truly unfortunate that they do not have employees that take the time to read the order thoroughly. Besides that it takes an hour to get 2 sandwiches.
