Before I go into a little rant of my experience, I want to state that Kitsap Auto Licensing has been the upmost respectful and helpful office I’ve ever been to! Today I purchased a vehicle and both the seller and I went to the port orchard office located off of Sedgwick, to make a long story short, TERESA was absolutely unprofessional and rude so we took our business to Kitsap auto licensing. After leaving the port orchard office I immediately called Kitsap auto licensing asking if they would stay open till I got there so that I could do the title transfer (they were closing in 15 minutes). She was so pleasant and agreed to wait. When I got there I was greeted by very kind young ladies and was helped immediately. Overall, the customer service here vs at the port orchard office superceeds by far! I HIGHLY recommend this office over the others in Kitsap!

Great experience here. A lot of the times vehicle licensing can be a hassle but the employee who worked with me was awesome. Kathryn was who was helping me, she exceeded my expectations. She was precise and clear on the information that I needed and cleared up any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend coming here for your vehicle licensing needs!
