They take a $350 deposit to rent a car! RIDICULOUS! And it takes 2-3 days to get it back. "Because of the bank" Most places only take $50-100. I'm sorry, but I don't actually have that much free cash laying around. They seem to think nothing of it. Even made jokes that "You don't really need the money, right?" Well since we want to compare apples and oranges with the reply I guess I'll respond to that too. You are a business and covered by business insurance. I could see if you were charging someone's credit card that much, where it does not immediately impact the person, but taking and holding that much from my checking account and no getting it back for 3 days after I turn in the car is ridiculous. A business covered by insurance is not the same as a stranger lending you a car. A business has far more protection. Doing this assuming there will be those lose. I know it probably happens but I do my best to return borrowed items the way they were given to me. So it's another reason I think this is ridiculous.

These people are so trash and customer service is non existent with them. They will hand you cars that are 5 years older with high mileage (120k +) and put additional charges on your final bill (mileage charges). You’re better of going with Avis, Enterprise or any other rental company besides Bestway. They never honor their agreement. If I could give them zero star I would. I’m never booking with them again.

I wish I found this place sooner. Not brand new cars but new enough and more than half the price of other rental agencies.
