first off let me praise the lady who answered the phone (missed her name) she was so kind and very helpful, Great service! they're able to came out a hour after I called. moved the storefront glass back in place and sealed it up in 20 minutes. Great experience because everyone was so kind, I was very appreciative. thank you and keep up the great customer service because it matters.

Matt came by my home Friday may 20, 2022 and we went over whole home window replacement (21 windows) he was great, got me hooked on casement windows, told me how milgard was going to raise there rates 10% on May 25, 2022 and he would work up the estimate later the same day the 20th and forward to me and we could get it going and I would be able to put a down payment on the project locking in the current rates before the 10% increase takes affect which works out to roughly $1,800.00 but he never sent the estimate and has ignored all my attempts to connect via text, phone calls, (by the way his voice mail is not set up, how convenient) even his office will not respond or take calls. WHY? What kind of jackass does that. Now if I want milgard window replacements it will cost $1,800.00 more because of this yahoo.
