I had a really weird and uncomfortable experience at this location. I was essentially followed and shadowed everywhere I went in this store by a blonde woman with glasses without actually being offered any help. Of the times I specifically asked for assistance from anyone at the store, I would be given a quick answer with zero follow-up or recommendations, despite obviously looking around for options. Pretty much every display I went to was checked right after I left, which seems a bit silly because if someone had just actually offered to help me they could have gotten what they wanted out of surveilling me by seeing what I was doing the whole time, versus watching me from two feet away. I was made to feel suspicious and unwelcome, which is a bit upsetting since I genuinely love makeup shopping and just found this whole experience really off-putting.

This review is a bit overdue. My experience was really good at this Sephora. have never really been into makeup. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and was very indecisive. Staff helped me and took as much time as needed until I was able to make a selection. Her customer service and education on makeup was very impressive. I made my selections based off of what was discussed and I’m very thankful. It went above and beyond! This store is top of the line for makeup. They have everything. Looking forward to trying all my new makeup! And my go for makeup store from now on. Highly recommended
