I shop at Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Ave, etc. with no problem but obviously instead of helping me, 2 employees at Sephora were watching me and following me around and the lady in the front was extremely rude when I consulted her about the products they have in store. What’s worse, the makeup remover I got from there was damaged and used. The only reason I didn’t give them 1 star rating was because the managers there were nice and helpful but unfortunately they weren’t there every day. As a Rouge member, I have spent a lot in store and obviously they still mistreated me and gave no respect. I just placed a replacement order online and will likely to stick to online shopping w Sephora since…
