Crowded during the week but empty on the weekend. Good gym for the price especially if you travel as it allows you to workout at other locations even out of state.

I think it is the cleanest, tidiest and most economical Gym I have ever seen... the workers are very friendly and always have a smile... the bathrooms and dressing rooms are always clean
