My niece had to have an outfit for an event. She went in found something she truly liked. It was a jacket and 1-piece jumpsuit. The total for a jumpsuit and 1/2 off jacket was $450. The jumpsuit needed to be hemmed. The price to hem a plain pair of pants (jumpsuit) was $50, which is excessively high. However, in light of the limited time, the event was the same evening, we had to get them done. We went to the event. Within 2 hrs of being there the pants split up the seam in the back. I went to the shop to voice my displeasure. I was not looking for a refund. I was looking for an exchange, credit or at min. repairing of the garment. I was told because I had the outfit altered (hemmed), there was nothing they could do. I did not have the outfit altered at the seam. It was hemmed. There is no standing by their garments. Run do not walk the opposite direction of this shop.

If you do buy a dress here, DO NOT GET IT ALTERED HERE. I dropped my dress off on April 21st, went in May 17th to check on the dress, was not ready, I was told in a couple of days. So, comes May 23rd call to check on the dress and the owner tells me he will call back, to no avail I had to call back a couple of times. I then go up there to be told owner was never there and the dress was ready, but the person who called my phone did not know how to leave a message. The alteration were not completed. They took to much material off of the shoulders which caused the breast area to be lifted to high, which causes the back area to bulge out and not lay flat against my daughters back. You can see the different colored thread used in the shoulders.the dress my daughter really liked is no longer

Would never shop here body shames customers what type of customer service is that? If you want to stay in business learn how to treat people and talk to people it’s what you say and how you say it to people so be careful when shopping here they will body shame you if they feel they want and talk about you let’s not shop here and let them understand and feel you won’t last long without customers.
