I’m scheduled to stay at this place over 2 nights over the July 4th weekend to get out of Los Angeles but I decided that I will cancel my nights here and not waste my $350 here after reading all the bad reviews about the unfriendly staff and the bag breakfast snacks which is cheap and shows lack of quality. I was expecting a nice full on continental breakfast which is what La Quinta was always good for and enjoyable. I’m not paying over $150 per night for a cheesy bagged breakfast, that’s insane. When I called the front desk on the phone the girl says they don’t have a cook nor a housekeeper for the kitchen and that they been trying to hire for these positions but nobody wants those jobs. I think that’s a bogus excuse that I am not buying. Screw this place.

We were a little early for check in and we were told to come back, which was fine so we grabbed something to eat. The hotel is modern and clean and pet friendly. They have a lawn area for the furry friends and bags for any clean up. The room was a little small but it was immaculate and the air worked great in this San Bernardino heat. There's an IHOP right in front of the hotel that's open 24 hrs. Unfortunately, we are only staying two days because it's in a good location to restaurants and shopping and close to the interstate for easy access.

Horrible customer service. Pool hours are 10-7 by the way, make sure you make time for that the day before. Because if you want to swim before you leave good luck with that. You have an hour to swim and change and be out of the room lol. There is no continental breakfast. It’s a grab back with a fruit and bread. Inmates eat better meals. Save you money.

We have stayed at other La Quinta locations and have always had great experiences with the staff. First time staying here and will definitely stay again. We arrived early and our room was ready. The check-in process was fast and efficient. All the staff we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. The location has several great restaurants within walking distance. Added bonus, we were able to check out 30 mins late. Bag breakfast was a granola bar, tangerine cup, apple juice, and water.
