Worst dinner I've ever had from I-hop. I ordered delivery through Door Dash. I ordered the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and fresh steamed broccoli with a side of pancakes for later. What I recieved was turkey, old dried out broccoli (with a sandwich bag that I had to partially empty mixed in). No mashed potatoes, barely any gravy on the turkey, no pancakes, no syrup caddy (which was an extra cost), no straw. No fork, no napkin. At least I got the soda. The bag with it contained, salt, pepper and hot sauce. I've had this meal before in the restaurant and it was great. However... Neither the person filling the order nor the driver checked the order to make sure it was complete. This meal even tasted OLD and dried out and luke warm. 2 bites of the turkey later I gave up and threw it in the trash it tasted awful.

I find it hilarious that they told me they’re only hiring for dishwasher, but when it takes 2 hours to get my order and my food with no more than 2 tables full customers in the restaurant. That’s pathetic! The food was great but my lord service was a disgrace. I didn’t want to tip them but at the same time I didn’t want to be rude. I’m only ordering pick up or delivery from there. Never going in their restaurant again.

Horribly managed IHOP they had 3 online orders waiting in pancakes for over an hour and the manager kept sending the pancakes over to the tables probably because they benefit more from it since they get tips. They could just get 3 online orders done at a time to get them flowing better but money talks.
