Don’t use waste your money, services is TRASH. I order an arrangement online for same day delivery. The representative called informing myself they would deliver the arrangements the next day instead of same day. However, the next day comes the store calls at 1pm stating they didn’t have balloons for my order and I request for refund only for the balloons but they would deliver the arrangement on Saturday. My arrangement never got delivery on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday. I called on Monday requesting to speak with manager on duty, he is out doing deliveries. The lady stated she find my order in their system when I have email confirmation from the store but I would received a full refund and the manager would call me back in one hour. No refund or no call back from manager.

Terrible business!!! I ordered an arrangement 2/26/22 to be delivered to my friend on 2/28/22. I ordered a build your own box and 1 hbd balloon. After I paid, I noticed they added 2 extra balloons. Ok so no big deal. I'm out of state so I called to get an ETA and he told me that residential deliveries will go out at 12pm and will be done by mid afternoon. I called back at 2:30 and told him she had to leave for work at 4:30. He said they would be to her by then. Once she told me someone would be home, I called again at 5:10pm over and over about 15 times and no one answered, eventhough they close at 6pm. The delivery never came! Ruined her birthday surprise and took my $75! Now that I've read all these negative reviews, they should be shut down. Absolutely terrible!! I called the store several times today with no answer. I ended up calling corporate to get my refund. I asked them why they haven't done something about this store because of the reviews. They said they don't have access to the reviews. What???? Neverrrrrr again!!!!

Horrible experience!!! I ordered a basket for my mom who had a stroke. 2 days later still no delivery! Talked to manager asking why that order wouldn’t be delivered 1st thing since it’s already a day late… no real answer other than “people …This is definitely not the impression we want to leave, Alexia. They delivered without a mask last December, 2020 the peak of COVID-19, and my mom yelled at me about it, I thought I was doing something nice but she was very upset about it. She had to make contact with someone who would not wear a mask and I have a brother with special needs who cannot fall ill.We do not take your feedback lightly, Maria.
