Very nice place to live how ever do not live on the first floor floor often noisy and it is street level or the second floor becuse your sandwiched in between tenants , its very hard have peace and quiet. If your looking to buy an apartment here I would suggest 3rd floor corner apartments they have the best view and devoid of noise !

Poor People Have Poor Ways! I bought here in 2018. The complex is surrounded by very downscale rentals and those folks love their fireworks and their loud music with booming bass. Weekends are absolutely miserable. This is a sad, downscale environment. You can never enjoy a quiet moment, read a book, listen to your own music quietly or even converse with a friend. Each visitor I’ve had has commented on the noise and third world atmosphere here. It’s gross. Neighborhood gas stations, restaurants, and stores are full of beggars and homeless folks in the lots who are very bothersome. Lake Clarke Gardens itself was very nice when I moved here. Then the longtime manager left and was replaced with Jennifer Cox. I'm sure God had a purpose in creating her but it wasn't to manage real estate, a Homeowners Association, or being competent.... AT ANYTHING Maintenance requests are a complete waste of paper. They are routinely ignored. If you complain or point out that since Jennifer, nothing is being done, you are told to leave or the police will be called. Jennifer loves the police to create police reports that document her failure as a manager. \. The sheriff has been to my building multiple times. A couple on the third floor have domestic disputes at least weekly. It’s joyous the hear them yelling and screaming like a scene from Trailer Park Boys. Maintenance men “wash” the catwalks with a garden hose and will squirt water all over your clean windows making a mess. Them doing their job just creates work for the residents. You’ll have to wash your your windows again, and if the window is cracked open for fresh air... These Einstein Foreign Born Maintenance Workers shoot the water directly into your apartment. They are more a Vandalizing Team than a Maintenance Team. Plus the catwalks are painted so having water shot all over them makes for a slippery surface. The condo association in a 55+ condominium complex deliberately creating a slippery surface. What could possibly go wrong...? It’s a personal injury law firms next big opportunity! The pools are very nice as is the clubhouse. The landscaping is appalling, uneven, and poorly maintained. This is a new development since the arrival or Jennifer Cox as our manager. Finally, this place is the most prejudice place you can imagine. White people have become a minority but not on the board. If your name is Miller, Smith, Jones, Johnson, Anderson, or Henderson, your application to move here is approved quickly. If you have a south Asian name, you are told it will take the full thirty days to approve you. Under former managers and boards, buyers were frequently approved in days. That sill happens for some whites who have other white relatives in the complex. Under manager Jennifer Cox, black, brown, and yellow people take much longer to be approved. A part time, poorly paid, office worker is given the job and let's just say she is inconsistent in here time frames and answers. As technology has made approving an applicant something that generally takes hours, not days -- Lake Clarke Gardens has slowed the process down to discourage more minorities. They are pretty overt in their prejudice. Hopefully it's only a matter of time until federal charges are brought against Jennifer Cox.

Great place to live! Kept in pristine condition. A LOT of rules though. No pets allowed at all. I was hoping we were allowed just one small pet for companion ship.
