This place does random follow up text messages at 1 and 3 am, despite asking them not to contact me at this time of the night! To me, that shows it's all about numbers and filling the beds , not actually caring.

I think this place hurt me more than helped me. It's a place where they appear to diagnose everybody with the same issue, without looking at any other outside factors . Though they claim to provide stimulant medication as part of their program (many do not and maintain an anti medication approach) it's not easy to be prescribed. More importantly, this place seems to really fall apart once you "get to cross the street to php". Everything becomes much more "you're responsible for getting it yourself". Thus if you know you have adhd like me, getting to your group sessions can become very hard, as well as keeping up with your medications Even getting to each meal will become very burdensome, as you have to wait for a shuttle to cross the road each time. If you think you're bipolar, maybe this place can help. But if adhd is your main concern, expect this to be another place where they just ignore your concern and try to push you through the system anyway Unless you're young, very social and enjoy things like summer camp, you'll probably be fine if that's the main reason you're coming. But cliques are definitely apparent, and this place could easily become a very bad experience for you Group therapy is emphasized, and individual therapy is nearly nonexistent. Group therapy is just not my thing, especially when you are being judged heavily by others for what you say. And the groups are exactly the same as on the other side of the road. Just much much longer and more drawn out. And they get angry at you when you don't stay the whole time Last thing: some workers are nice, but many of them are not. One nurse often commented about my hygiene, which wasn't any of her business. But Tammy is the greatest!

I recently went through the Shatterproof program at FHE Health. I can say without a doubt that it was the best decision I've ever made for myself. The personalized care plan and the staff are amazing.

The Shatterproof program has to be the best program available. For the First responders who need help working through the traumatic things they see in their careers, this is the place. Everyone treats you better than family. All the techs call you by name, they are always upbeat. Richard room#18 is available for anything you may need, including a pot to boil an egg. The fresh mangos were a treat also. Bev is amazing with her group sessions. Sarah helps everyone learn yoga. The only thing better would be a short yoga class before breakfast to get you moving. Jen, Annalee, AL, Michael, kuron, Jimmy, Dr Sasha, Jackie who is the night tech, all and more made my experience better than I could hope. Patrick, my liaison made me feel like I was the most important person on earth until he made sure I was on site and begining the program. He always responded to text messages anytime I reached out to him. This place is saving careers and lives.

No, only private healthcare
What you are looking for is I.O.P. It stands for intensive outpatient. FHE does indeed offer those types of programs.
If you are asking if you can be on methadone and weening off, yes, this facility can handle both methadone and suboxone.
Call and ask if they'll scholorship you. Its hard to find a place that will. Im in the same boat
Hi Matt - There is no set visitation hours at any of our facilities. However, visitation is possible, if clinically appropriate and approved by the clinical team. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you!
Yeah they do.
Hi John, thank you for your question. In many cases, insurance plans cover 100% of the cost of addiction and mental health treatment. Individuals who are unsure if their private health insurance offers this coverage can contact our team at FHE Health. We can verify coverage in a matter of minutes. This will tell you exactly what type of care your plan covers and what that means for your care with us. We would be happy to personally walk you through the details of our program. Please give us a call at (866) 534-3586 and an admissions counselor will provide a a free, no-risk consultation.
