I had a skunk smell in my house from skunk spraying close to it. Troy Stewart came to my house and gave me estimate of service and performed the service. He was very professional and did an excellent job of getting rid of smell. He also called me the next day to see if I was satisfied with the service.

Our partially finished basement took on an inch of water on 7/16/21 as a result of a tremendous amount of rain. We called and made a claim with our insurance in a panic and they suggested ServPro’s services. We removed the standing water in the basement ourselves, removed the carpeting, and set up dehumidifiers and fans to start drying it out. A technician from ServPro was dispatched on 7/19/21 and reported “moisture everywhere.” A detailed quote was emailed to us which included over $3600 worth of services: removal of baseboards, application of anti microbial agent, “air movers,” and dehumidifiers. In doing our due diligence, we got a second opinion from SI Restoration Services who came on 7/21/21 and that tech’s meter miraculously detected no moisture anywhere. I followed him around room to room as it registered 0 on every surface, baseboards and drywall. We will not ever use ServPro’s services and will not ever recommend them to friends or family.
