Officer Keltner is incompetent arrogant and plain ignorant! You need to get rid of him ASAP. He will cause 1 of 2 things for you department. 1 civil suits and cost the city 1000’s of $$$$ or 2 a police funeral having him buried 6 feet under. The way he acts talks and deals with the public will one day cause the wrong do something horrible. Please get rid of him before you have a bunch of regrets letting this go on!

Marion PD does alot of work for missing kids and adult cases. While they may not publicly report everything they do, they really are great with what they do and they are appreciated.

If his name is not on the lease then you can have him thrown out. If his name is on the lease then you have to talk to the landlord or go to small claims court.
The fire department would know the specifics of that law. I believe an attended recreational fire is allowed. They would be glad to tell you if you call them.
