Unable to give 0. Had been there at this place, guys that help me were super at their job helping me get my son Tuxedo . Today when back to get a gift for a co worker. (Tie & tier bar, shirts) was just there waiting to get someone to help me out to check out. No one available to help. Easy thing to do call to get someone to help me. This lady answered phone and came all mad cause I didn't sign up to pay. Come lady I just buying a tie and shirt not a tuxedo that requires more attention.. with her attitude decided not to buy a thing from that location. Rude customer service. 😒

Bro these accessories are overpriced affff but the customer service in this Huebner Oaks store made us want to buy more and more. They should get commission if they’re only getting paid hourly, on god. Taylor was the associate that helped us today and he was beyond phenomenal and extremely helpful. We drove over 90 minutes to the closest mens warehouse for a friends wedding attire requirements and found fantastic (fair priced) pants, suspenders, and even better service. The exact tie that the groomzilla demanded we get was out of stock, no where to be found, but Taylor ordered it for us and had it shipped to our house FO FREE since we live so far away. TAYLOR FOR PRESIDENT 2024. This guy is going to do big thangs in life, just watch. Thank you for a wonderful experience for my husband and me.

Went in to get measured for a tuxedo for a wedding. The lady assisting me must have been having a bad day. Not one smile, didn’t say her name and basically acted as if I was inconveniencing her entire day. Not a good experience, I would have walked out had I been “helped” like this for my own wedding experience. I would not recommend coming to this store for a fitting if you want a positive/friendly experience. If you work in customer service….. then you should probably not be a stick in the mud.
