I wish I could not give any stars! Worst customer service! I went in for a hat om Sunday the lady swiped my card and because THEIR system was "messing up" and it didnt give me a receipt according to them that meant it didnt go through. And since it was a gift for my husband I needed for fathers day so I paid again after i showed them my bank already had the 1st swipe pending! The guy assured me it was not going to go through😒 yet i to in to check today and guess what? Both transactions went through now i have to wait for customer service to help me get a refund!! 😡😡 Lids needs new staff members there along with a new register system!
