Clean store with friendly and helpful staff. I was quickly helped when asking about certain beauty products. The makeup specialists helped me find the right foundation shade and showed me how to use several products. Unfortunately the brand, (Thrive) I was looking for was not at this location. There was another item I was also looking for which I did not find. So not sure how robust their selection is.

This location is ok. The line can get pretty long. Store has an off vibe. Cashier who checked me out was drab. They carry a variety of beauty products, plain and simple.

Never been to a Ulta Beauty where no one helped felt like I was at a Sephora. I asked for help to find blush and a tint for me lady just showed me the blush and walked off didn’t bother helping me chose one. I already knew where everything was just needed help matching/ finding the right one. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but then when I was walking around the store to find the blush and tint that would match I found her and other colleagues helping another non poc. Not only did they show them where the product was but they color matched her let her sit down in a chair. I was really disappointed that what I needed help with was ignored and someone of a different race got treated better. I still love Ulta but I’d recommend you go to a different Ulta that actually helps.
