They have a wait in your car option on the website. So I chose this. They took 10 minutes past my appointment time before they sent me a text. Then they checked me in and treated me like a walk-in patient. Now I've been sitting in the office for 20 minutes waiting for other people when I clearly checked in and waited in my car previously. What is the purpose of online check-in if I am forced to check in after checking in?

The receptionist is extremely rude no regard for the customers time. I waited over an hour for an employment drug test. More than 12 people came after me got served and I was still sitting there. I informed the receptionist I needed to return to work she was very dismissve. Poor service...

When i read the reviews, I tryit to not to go. But i came, they were nice, polite, and professionals, and it was fast. They acept medicare. I was walking!!!! Only 11 minutes!!! Please gave you an opportunity here!!!!!

If you don't have an appointment you could be waiting for up to four hours or more! Besides the long waits, even with an appointment, not a very good location because staff isn't very helpful.
Highly recommend to make an appointment or you will be waiting over 3 hours for your labs to be drawn.
