DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! It’s always 1-3 hr wait time EVEN WITH APPOINTMENT! Half of the staff there have snotty attitudes & can honestly careless about their patients. Befaré COVID-19 they had a very good orthodontist! Unfortunately after closing and opening back up she was gone and they started getting temporary orthos & they all seem very uninterested & rushed check ups. I finally got my braces removed not long ago & the process was a bit painful. The older lady that removed my braces seemed very annoyed with doing her job & even ended up forgetting a bracket (orthodontist noticed & removed later). I honestly wasn’t happy by the last few months of my braces treatment due to the staffs negligence. They took before pictures when I started my treatment, but didn’t bother to take after pictures. As well as xrays! General is much WORSE than the orthodontist side. After my braces got taken off, I scheduled a clean up with them. The dentist that saw me said I had 1 cavity & that I needed a gum treatment because I had gingivitis start up. The treatment I needed was basically going to cost me around 2,000+. Of course my insurance wouldn’t cover that. I decided to wait on that and just get the cavity/clean up my insurance covered. They told me that it would be 30-40 min wait to start up on that(keep in mind I’ve waited already & in for my app) I decide to not wait and reschedule. I went to get a second opinion to another dentist office to come to find out I have no cavities/no gum disease!! MORAL OF THE STORY: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A BETTER DENTAL TREATMENT where the overall dental office staff is there for their patients & not just their patients money to make their check.

I came here today for a check up and for some pain I’ve been having. They did a wonderful job with explaining what I needed done. They also fixed some cavities that I had and it was all pain free! Wonderful staff and an amazing doctor who fixed my teeth! I don’t know what the doctors name was because I forgot to ask, but she did a fantastic job!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Every single appointment I've had with them, they've made me wait hours to even see me. My appointment would be at 9:30am and they wont seat me until 10:30am, then they would tell me to wait outside because they don't have enough space, then they won't call me back until 12:30. This place is ridiculously unorganized and everyone who came after me was able to get treated first. Go find a better dental office and don't waste your time with this office. This is the worst dental office I have ever been too. I'm glad this is my last visit here because I never want to think of this place again.

I went for a scheduled appointment at 3:00 a few days ago. After about an hour of waiting, they started a procedure to fill my cavities and administered two different numbing drugs. Then they left me for so long that the drugs had time to wear off, and I was able to completely feel my mouth again. I tried talking to them several times and was met with silence about why I wasn't being seen. After about three hours, around 6:00 I had to leave because I had other commitments that needed my time and that I could not miss. After not performing my procedure at all, they proceeded to bill my insurance anyway. Just a terrible time all around. I hope everyone there stubs their toe on a coffee table.
