An overpriced chocolate store. The chocolate is no longer made at this location but offsite in Orlando. They closed their on sire factory. The place was dead and its in a bad part of town.

They are local in Lake Worth Florida. They are very good. People there are nice and helpful. I love both the dark and chocolate covered pretzels . Love those individual chocolates too you can choose from. Very convenient for me when I am n Palm Beach County. Just difficult when I am away to order on line since sometimes their website does not let me order on line thus you still have to call to order and shipped where ever I am.

I believe they have a few selections that are used. But as best places with sugar-free options, it's very limited. Please call ahead before going down there to ensure that they have a supply of whatever you're looking for.

Soy Lecithin used as an Emulsfier, when butter, & milk come together the globules, particles of one liquid finely disperse into another and when chocolate and sugar are added Wa! La! Its found in a lot of candy. Call Hoffman's and just ask them. Hoffman's has classes and huge Viewing windows to watch them make candy. I'm sure you can Get candy without soy. A lot of people don't want to eat corn or soy products anymore because of GMO's. Just ask what oil they use when you call. If I'm remembering right it makes the candy smooth. Lots of things Can do that. I know at home if I make Chocolate covered Strawberries . I heat the Chocolate in the Microwave I have to add water sometimes Every 30 seconds1/4 Teaspoon at a time til I get the right consistency. Or you can use a little oil .You have to look at the Chocolate Morsels you buy. Its always better to not be in ahurry and just let the Chocolate melt ever so slowly in a double boiler.🍓

Parking is on the property. During the holiday season parking might be difficult to find. They have an overflow lot you can park at but you will have to walk to the store.
The thanksgiving week
They added food and an ice skating rink to their winter wonderland. Worth the visit. Burgers are Excellent!
