The worst mistake of our life living in a condominium that you pay your rent on time and one cannot demand their right because they humiliate one as we are free, do not rent here because they do not fix anything, they do not fumigate they do not maintain and they are rude in that office and all the staff, they are irresponsible, in my apartment we found mold and they never came to solve it if you don't fumigate and try to keep your things clean, the cockroaches eat it, the air does not work, the stove, the washing machine is Saying here is useless, starting with the managers and those in charge of the office, disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

They will refuse a walkthrough with you and then send you a bill and refuse to give you back your security deposit. What they are doing Is wrong, if this has happened to you please respond to this comment.

Trashy place to live . From bugs to ZERO parking available (no assigned parking spots and way more Cars than parking spaces) The people who work in the office are completely USELESS especially NICK !!!!!!! Maintenance takes their time and doesn't fix the work orders for months at a time , to the point where you have to put in multiple work orders that are always "marked" as completed immediately. And when they finally do come they just rig it up and leave until it breaks again . Don't make the big mistake of moving here like I did !!!!
