As long as you pay with a card so the payment can be traced and cancelled this place is great. Twice I have paid cash and the wash stopped mid cycle and I had to pull into the hand wash to rinse the soap or wax off my truck, costing me more money. When I have called about a refund on the Ultimate wash that I paid for there was "nothing they could do". The pet wash however is epic!!! Totally recommend it.

Stopped in after work and used the right-side automatic cleaning lane. Paid for the $10 wash, drove the car in. After two passes with soap, the system stopped, flashed a red X and cancelled the cleaning. No rinse, just a soapy car. Had to spend another $8 in one of the do it yourself lanes to get my car clean. Tried calling twice, no one picked up, no prompt for voicemail. I'll try again another time, if they can respond and reimburse me, I'll change my rating.
