I was indicted with a serious felony charge in 2015 and I fought this indictment for over 4 years, I accepted a plea deal in 2019,unfortuneately this deal made me eligible for deportation . Sure enough ,shortly after accepting the plea, I was detained by ICE at their facility in Conroe. My wife tried tried multiple lawyers ,and they said they couldn't help ,one even came to the facility in Conroe after charging a huge sum of money just to tell me later "he couldn't help" . My wife was able to reach Armand on a Sunday, he immediately got to work and scheduled a bond hearing . At the bond hearing he was most prepared and fought objections by the immigration dept. lawyer and was able to secure my bond when everyone else said it can't be done . I was most happy with his dedication and ability , we ask that he represent me for the immigration hearing . Unfortunately , in 2020, I also got a misdemeanor charge ,driving while intoxicated (DUI) . At the immigration hearing, the dept. lawyer had much to say about my criminal history . Once again Armand was most prepared, he was able to defend especially my felony charge ,not only from an immigration perspective but from a criminal perspective as well . With the odds stacked so high against me ,Armand was able to show the court why I should not be deported and was able to secure the residential status I enjoy today. Thankyou Armand ,not only for doing what everyone else couldn't but for treating me like a person and not like a A# like everyone else did .

How much does an immigration attorney cost?

Immigration attorneys typically tend to charge based on the amount of work involved, the complexity of the legal issue(s) at hand, and how much time it would take to complete the work. We highly recommend you always consult and retain an experienced attorney who has handled similar cases in the past. Always hire a licensed attorney and avoid consulting with "notarios" are are unable to legally practice law in the United States. I'm Asghar Ali from pakistan. My daughter got married with US citizen I want to apply her case. How much your fee? What kind of document needed?

Hello Mr. Ali. Thank you for your question. Congratulations on the marriage of your daughter. In this particular case, her United States citizen spouse would be able to petition for her (absent intervening circumstances that may prevent her from adjusting her status to lawful permanent residency). We would need to consult with her and her spouse to be able to decide what the best course of action would be. There are two ways to adjust your status - either within the United States or through consular processing when the beneficiary (in this case it would be your daughter) is abroad. Please give us a call at 713-999-9115 so that we may discuss this case further. Thank you again!
