Very quiet and comfortable. A/C was perfect and quiet. Blackout drapes, good water pressure, comfortable bed, etc.. Only thing missing was a coffee maker

Positive: Finding a hotel that alllows pet birds is near impossible, this hotel did! Thank you! Room has new hardwood floors Negative: It¿s next to the freeway so it¿s incredibly loud. There were no baseboards. And the bed was so uncomfortable

BUG INFESTED! Front desk attendant was very kind, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Walked into the room, no more than sat my keys down and saw stains on bedding and mess on carpet. Walked into bathroom and saw a cockroach. Saw another come from under the bed. Immediately left the room and requested a refund. Attendant seemed surprised, but judging by these other reviews that I wish I had seen before booking she should know that there has been an infestation for months. However, since I booked through hotel engine and paid in advance it is “outside of policy” to give us a refund. How disgusting, will never give my business to a red roof inn again.

Chill management is very friendly and accomodating, for ex: My job had me working untill 6am and after a 3 hour drive on top of that i asked for a room quick and no knocking on my room door the whole day/night, she said "no problem sir" and I was set. I got my rest/ recharge and was ready for the world thereafter. Has 2 movie channels and free wifi coffee paraphernalia, soap/shampoo, refrigerator, closet/hangers, hair dryer, bathtub and fair prices. Oh and pets are allowed! I recommend the roof that is RED
