I like to wait at least 24 hrs to write a review, I can only comment about their free quote. I found them while searching for impact doors online and filled out their form and scheduled an appointment. The next day a gentleman called and changed the appointment to another day then started asking "qualifying questions" apparently if your wife is on the deed she has to be present at the quote? The fact they pulled up the Deed seems personally invasive. I am sure a high pressure sales pitch was soon to follow. The questions and the deed thing made them a none starter for us.

Well made, custom 96x96 hurricane proof double slide patio door. Installed 2/21 and everything went smooth, they did a great job. My problem, went thru with the $4500. Door because of lifetime warranty. Well, the handle came loose and rather than try to fix myself, and void the "warranty", i called service to seek help. Was informed there is a labor charge of $189.00 lil steep to say the least. Not the warranty I expected. Not happy with service side, cant in good conscience recommend them.

I am a repeat customer, my project was completed last month. I was told up front the best guest, March ordered, installation began July. Communication was good UP UNTIL THE ACTUAL INSTALLATION DATE, JULY 11, until final work/inspection signed off AUGUST 17. UNACCEPTABLE, I initiated each email and voice mail . The CustomerSuccess, ?DeeDee? Aand Project Manager, ?RayQwan?.... UNACCEPTABLE. I escalated my.concerns and still waiting for a call. PRODUCT IS GOOD; PRICE WAS GOOD; 3RD party Foreman/Installers did their best. CUSTOMER SUCCESS failed me. (I still have a SLIDER to do!)
