It’s obvious they are fixing up the room interiors (new beds, nightstands, dresser…all very nice!)…still a work in-progress! The water backed up in my sink as well, the A/C unit in my first room was on its last leg (but in the room they moved me to it worked just fine!) and the card lock system sucks!!! (had to get my room key reset every night on a week+ stay…very annoying). Rooms are very clean…disregard prior comments from folks. They need to work on outside building maintenance now (cobwebs in light fixtures, weeds, dirty walkways). Whoever did your parking lot overlay/slurry job…get your money back!!!

Very cozy! Looks like they’re working on a remodel. Our room is newly updated. Beds are comfy and the room is very tidy :)

Nice little room for the price. Quiet and clean. The person who checked me in was very nice and welcoming. I was able to have my pet. This is an older property but it’s clean and a nice place to land.

The shower head & water pressure as well as the instant hot water placed the River Inn a favorite even though the room & accouterments were only average. The staff is friendly. There is no coffee pot in the room. I suggested they offer an in room pot for an additional charge.
