Amazing property you don't want to miss! The cabins have that rustic charm and so cozy you won't want to leave... And the staff will make sure your stay is quite comfortable and hospitable. Make sure to ask them the best places to go while your there... I will always remember my stay at the Pine Cabin.

This place is a total scam. It's a hack job set of cabins run by two brothers who have zero sense of professionalism. I called to talk to someone and left a message-- I got a voicemail back saying "I'm around, call me back", which I assumed was a wrong number because who calls someone back from a business and leaves a message like that? I had to cancel my reservation because of a medical emergency and when I FINALLY got a hold of one of the brothers he told me that he wouldn't refund the money because of my "personal problems". (Hi, sexism and weird lack of interpersonal/customer service skills). I had medical documentation, and it's a pandemic. I mean, come on! I know everyone is suffering here, but your customer service plan is to a) not get back to folks when they're trying to get a hold of you and b) be super insulting and awful when they have a change of plans? REALLY unprofessional. REALLY terrible experience. And I'm also not trying to get scammed for fun.

We went back to the YRI recently. The last time we were there was probably 20 years ago. The cabins have been updated and are clean and reasonably equipped. We stayed a week and had a great time. I would rate them higher except for a glaring weakness. The mattress on the bed was horrid. My back ached as soon as I laid down. It also squeaked horribly. I told Rick about it when we left and he said I should have mentioned it sooner and he would have let us change cabins. He said he cannot change mattresses every time someone doesn't like the firmness. Let me be clear. This is not about my preference for a less firm mattress. This mattress was ancient and long overdue for replacement. For $130 a night I would expect a decent mattress. It doesn't have to be first class. I loved our stay at YRI but that bed would keep me from coming back. Rick, spend one night on that bed in the Oak cabin and you will see what I mean. The ability to get a decent nights sleep is critical to a successful vacation. I think a little investment in some decent mattresses would pay big dividends in repeat customers.

I don't, and neither does the inn. Also, this question does not belong here.
