Manager and his crew were very nice. The hotel was full due to clean up crew working on Dixie Fire aftermath. The hotel is under renovations and rolled up carpets and debris were in the hallway. Pool outside was not open and looked dirty.

The price is Huge for a night stay, double what you would pay at other choice hotels $151.05! Room was decent but old fixtures. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Breakfast was good. I would stay again, but not at that price.

One night stay Pros: The staff was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be upon arrival which was pretty late at night. The free breakfast the next morning which was very good before we headed back out to drive to our destination. Management was kind, understanding and we received a 50% refund. Cons: However after checking into our room we realized that the bathroom had hair in the shower, sink, and the carpets were not vacuumed. The refrigerator did not work and the wifi also did not work our entire stay. We made a complaint right away to staff and we were accommodated with a new room. We proceed to get settled into the second room and we notice even more housekeeping problems. The walls were filthy with food and drinks all over them, bathroom was not cleaned properly, the fridge had yogurt spills in it along with crusty drink spills. Also, the freezer had mold growing inside of it. The door handles, phone, and appliances were dusty. The rooms looked like the housekeeping staff only changed the bedding if that. We were very displeased with the cleanliness of this place. As a long time hospitality industry worker this would be deemed as unacceptable from a housekeeping manager. The housekeeping staff is not doing their job from what we observed, especially with Covid still spreading and that is concerning to us.
