My 14 year old son and I joined Snap Fitness in July 2021. He works with an awesome trainer Jason Nilson a few times a week. Mr. Nilson is consistently dedicated to providing and assisting him with effective and motivating workouts. I would recommend this trainer and gym to anyone! 😁

I've been trying to cancel my membership since March, by email and calling the HHDS club. After they reopened last Fall they just keep charging me. They charged me in September, October, November. I emailed in March, September, October, November to keep telling them to cancel my membership. The HHDS club has had their voicemail box full for weeks so you can't leave a msge. I received one email response in March asking if I want to freeze my membership so I know they are getting my emails. They won't respond to any other email I sent telling them to cancel my membership. I keep emailing saying cancel it but they won't! They just keep charging me.

Great experience! This club specifically has a real family feeling between all of its members and great staff. Small enough to get your own privacy during workouts but big enough where you do not go without anything. Since re-opening the staff is always cleaning and disinfecting. Machines are more spaced out than before which makes me feel much more comfrotable!

Their customer service is very poor. The staff has a damn well feel like attitude towards you. They charged my credit card $79 when they were not suppose to do so. I'm a Silver Sneakers member which means my insurance company pays the bill. I had to file a grievance with my credit card company. I was told several times that someone would call me back to resolve the problem. I would go somewhere else if I were you.
