The person who answered the phone was not professional in any way. Halfway through my initial response he repeatedly cut me off multiple times. After it seemed like they couldn't be of service, he immediately brushed me aside and hanged up. Response to your comment: I understand the short turnaround, but you can't vouch for the attitude the person had. That's what made me frustrated.

Of course.Our basic minimums are 200 pieces, and we have a great pattern maker and grader to help you develop some new design(s), and are happy to help in any way we can. Just have your specs, style sheets, samples or whatever together please, and we can chat about it. Thank you for the question.
