I didn't have a good experience with England. I needed a tank ball for an old toilet. I couldn't find one at the big box home improvement stores, except a Korky ball from Ace that didn't fit. I realized I should look at a plumbing supply store since I am not a plumber and I don't know what I'm doing. I called England to see if they carry tank balls and the man on the other end of the line let out a loud huff and said, "Of course we do." Again, I'm not a plumber so I didn't know. I'm also a woman, so I have had plenty of experience with men talking down to me in regards to home maintenence/improvement and vehicle repair. He asked how big the opening was and I said I wasn't sure, which seemed to annoy him further. He finally just told me to take a picture and bring it down. After that call, I certainly didn't feel comfortable going into that store. Instead, I went to Standard Plumbing Supply on 1890 S Redwood Rd. They were MUCH nicer and very helpful. They didn't make me feel stupid and it seemed they genuinely wanted to help me and give me any info that I might need to get the job done. They didn't even need the flapper opening size or a picture (I measured and took a picture before I drove down in case). I just told them what brand of toilet I had and they produced the part. I recommend Standard over England any day.
