Cintas has been dishonest and rude to my restaurant throughout our entire time working with them. Blatant misrepresentation of pricing and and the worst customer service departments I’ve ever seen are just two reasons why I’ll never have service from Cintas again. Customer service agents contradict each other and management, which has led to very large headaches for our small restaurant. There are many more friendly and honest competitors out there for uniform and laundry. I would choose literally any one of them over Cintas.

Horrible uniform service!! uniforms come back looking like something pulled out of a duffel bag. Management keeps promising better service but haven't seen it yet. Quality assurance is sub par at best!

Cintas is definitely one of the worst vendors we’ve ever worked with. Our contract is up soon and we can’t wait to cut our losses. Please do not sign a contract with them if you want to work with a Company that values its employees and its customers. Their customer service and follow through is horrible. It is also very difficult to see how overworked and unappreciated their employees are. If You get stuck in a contract with them you will not be able to get out and it will be a very painful experience.
