I don't know why they chose to change all the bus routes and now none of the busses have the same routes schedule or stops. The change has been very hard on me as a disabled autistic. I can't ride the bus anymore because they are all changed, they treat me like I'm dumb if I ask about it and just give me a book of maps that don't even include all the stops. They have not updated the routes on Google maps, instead they tell you to download a new app called tripshot that they say has the new routes but that app doesn't even work, just a blank white screen and won't load anything. I have missed out on a lot of things now including important appointments, struggle to get groceries from the store and such, because I can no longer depend on the bus like I used to.

Just ok service. I've attempted to use it and expect it at a specific location as specifically stated on their schedule where and when it'll arrive and almost every time the bus shows up on the opposite side of the street. Other than that when I'm in town I've had to write my own schedule where and when the bus will be there based on previous experience, which is more reliable than their schedule. But since I have a routine built around that it's fine, until they change the schedules without notice

Overall the smat bus service is great...I have one suggestion though. How about a route that does a loop of the city from N Broadway to Orcutt that runs after hours? 11pm-3am? All of the drivers are great and im glad we have this service.
